We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Success Manager to champion strategic partnerships and guide our clients through every stage of their growth journey.
Location: Remote
Department: Direct Clients - Customer Success
Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Success Manager to champion strategic partnerships and guide our clients through every stage of their growth journey. You will work hand-in-hand with the SVP of Customer Strategy to own key accounts, validate execution of strategies by internal operations teams, lead partner engagement, identify revenue opportunities, and shape the future of our partner success strategy.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer success and strategic account management and thrives in a high-growth, regulated industry environment. This person also understands the nuances of the digital marketing landscape for digital Programmatic Display advertising, SEM, and SEO. Regulated industry experience preferred. Experience in the cannabis space is a bonus.

This position reports directly to the SVP of Customer Strategy and will collaborate closely with leaders across Media Operations, Engineering, and Media Strategy.
