Cannabis is not legal in Indiana. It is illegal to possess, grow, or cultivate cannabis, hash oil, hashish, or salvia; hence, advertising for cannabis is not allowed.  Medically, only CBD oil is allowed and must be derived from industrial hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC except smokable hemp.

Public Law 227
