Oklahoma State Advertising Regulations
In Oklahoma, advertising for medical marijuana and products must avoid misleading or deceptive content. Ads cannot suggest marijuana has curative effects or promote excessive use. Depictions of minors consuming marijuana, or any imagery appealing to children, including toys, cartoons, or cartoon characters, are prohibited. Additionally, the overall design of advertisements must not be especially attractive to those under eighteen. The aim is to ensure that marijuana advertising is responsible and does not target or appeal to underage individuals.
